Administrative Superintendent
Job Description
In general, the Administrative Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s administrative team, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with the company policies and applicable laws. This role provides support to various departments and management teams in helping the company achieve its goals.
Specifically, he/she shall be responsible for the following:
- Oversee company procurement processes ensuring efficient, timely and successful delivery of required supplies and/or services to internal end users;
- Negotiate and Manage suppliers or service provider contracts and implement an accreditation process that meets company criteria, standards and requirements;
- Translate the strategies and targets set by senior management into department goals, targets and work programs;
- Conduct periodic review of administration policies and procedures. Cascade the same to all stakeholders and conduct assessments to ensure proper execution of standards;
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fleet management system to optimize the utilization of company owned and leased vehicles;
- Develop and implement an asset management system for all company assets, facilities and maintenance across all sites;
- Manage the establishment of offices across all sites ensuring its full operation within the agreed timeline;
- Prepare, manage and monitor administration budget and expenditures ensuring prudent utilization of funds in accordance with budget limits and guidelines;
- Manage consultant responsible for meeting Information Technology needs of the company;
- Prepare statutory and non-statutory reports where necessary. Provide timely and accurate advice to management to assist with management decision using Administration metrics;
- Ensure enforcement and strict adherence of admin team to company sustainable policies on health, safety, community and environment;
- Lead and supervise the administration team.
Employment duties shall be rendered at Taguig Office and at such other place or places as the COMPANY shall in good faith require or as the interest, need, business, or opportunity of the COMPANY shall require.
Qualifications:
- Business Administration graduate or any similar discipline
- Have at least five (5) years’ professional experience in a similar role
- Sound understanding of legal principles relevant to administrative operation
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical and analytical writing skills
- Proficient in MS Office operations
